• You may start your official ‘Expression of Interest (EOI)’ via simply clicking on the blue link located on ‘page 8’ of the ‘APPLICATION GUIDE’ (the Application Guide is located in Step 4 of the Member’s Area). Note, there is NO fee for submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI).

Covid-19 and at home language tests
Some testing centres are providing versions of their tests that you can take at home, such as TOEFL iBT – Special Home Edition, OET@Home and IELTS Indicator. The Department of Home Affairs does not currently accept these tests.
