My question is in regard to maximising my points. I am currently single. Does this have any effect on my points? Thank you
Thank you for your question. If you are currently single and applying for the Skilled Independent Visa subclass 189, you will receive an additional 10 points. Please note, the minimum total point score to apply is 65 points, however, the more points you have the better. For further information please refer to Step 2 (‘Maximising Your Points’) in the Member’s Area.
How can I maximise my points?
Thank you for your question. The minimum total point score to apply for a Subclass 189 Skilled Visa is 65 points, however, the more points you have the better. Please refer to ‘Step 2’ of the Member’s Area which includes a strategy video on how you can improve your point score. After you have watched the video, you can then use the Member’s Calculator to evaluate where you could gain extra points for your Skilled Visa application.
